Front End Analysis

Define requirements and establish subsequent development through situational, audience, task, objective, media, technology, extant, and critical-incident analysis.

Design

Create design document outlining specific learning events identified during the analysis process. Provide project schedule, project team identification, media specifications, content structure, and configuration control.

Distance Learning

Distance Learning is simply providing training to students at remote locations through electronic communication, sometimes referred to as e-learning. The learning platform is determined through a media selection model and will result in one, or more, of the following:

Custom designed computer-based programs incorporating:

  • Navigation

We also create custom programming for Hybrid (Web and CD) projects.

Web-Based

Web-based programs are designed using dynamic technologies to meet student requirements. Archival backup is also offered.

Interactive Digital Media

Students retain a greater amount of information through interaction. We create dynamic, database-driven web pages and interactive scripts called for by CD projects, as well as Program Administration scripts for server and database management.

Classroom-Based

Exceptional platform instructors are provided based on your requirements.

Video-Based

Video-Based training programs are delivered through Student Study Guides, Facilitator Guide(s), and Video Presentation(s) of Course Material.

Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Tec-Masters LMS Home Page For Distance Learning to be effective, Management and Student must have the capability to track involvement in each e-learning event. Tec-Masters, Inc. LMS provides the ability for Management and/or “Teachers” to track each student’s progress and success. Material and Courses are available by category, class or department, and we offer LMS branded to fit your organization. Adding system level messages, calendar events and forums for questions and discussions also creates a powerful addition to your organization.

For SCORM requirements, Knowledgeworks LMS is recommended. Knowledgeworks is both SCORM 1.2 RTE 3 and SCORM 2004 compliant, offering student tracking reports generated in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet form. Licensing includes a customized, branded LMS solution with integrated courses ready for student interaction.
